My nieces graduation party is in 2 weeks. The whole family loves my green bean casserole. So she asked me to make my green bean casserole for her party... I said "Yes".
Then I found out she is having almost 200 guests

How the hell does she expect you to pull that off? It's not like you're a caterer with a huge kitchen and professional equipment.

After nearly melting into a puddle yesterday I treated myself to a small Summer Berry Cheescake DQ Blizzard. OMG that hit the spot, damn near orgasmic. I saw someone get the largest one they make and yipes I would never be able to snarf it down, the small was more than enough. Thankfully it rained for a good 15 minutes on the way, dropped temps from 95 to 75. What a difference!

Actually Scott, I don't think she knows the total head count for her party... it was her mom that told me how many guests are invited.

Now that you mention it, 200 people is a helluva lot for any occasion. Who could possibly have that many family and friends...

It’s the weekly friends dinner night a.k.a. eat a lot of food and drink a lot of wine night. I think stuffed peppers and some kind of pasta are on the menu. Guess I’ll have to wait till I get there to find out. I’m bringing Jell-O pretzel salad! I

We have a Food Truck coming to our workplace today. I'm getting the "Bacon n Blue"...
This specialty flatbread is truly a flavor sensation. It starts with our garlic parmesan sauce
and a bit of our tasty four cheese blend of mozzarella, provolone, cheddar & Asiago. To this
we add Gorgonzola cheese and thick cut bacon. Once it is out of the oven we finish it with
fresh organic baby arugula and a balsamic reduction drizzle. Creamy, smoky, savory and
fresh!

Hot Legs it really was good... it was cooked in a wood fire oven.
Some of the girls around the office said it was a little too salty for them but still enjoyed it.

Tonight I'm making chicken breasts on the grill to fill them with that charcoal flavor then cutting them up to mix with penne noodles and alfredo sauce.

I like to experiment with different things when I cook. I've actually come up with some pretty tasty stuff.
